About Me.
I’m a passionate and purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in community/resident engagement and social value across social housing, public, private, and charitable sectors. My career has been dedicated to developing and delivering initiatives that create meaningful economic and social benefits for communities.
As a strong advocate for inclusive engagement, I believe in co-producing solutions with communities to ensure their voices are at the heart of decision-making. Throughout my career, I have successfully led teams, developed strategies, and managed grant programs that empower communities and drive lasting change.
During my role as the Head of Community Engagement at Olympia, I led the Community Engagement and Social Value programme during its 1.3 billion development. I developed the community engagement strategy and programmes which significantly helped with building and improving relationship with the community. In current leadership role at the London Fire Bridge, I have successfully implemented a 24/7 Community Engagement incident response.
I also serve as a trustee for Parent Power, a charity based in Greenwich, inspiring and empowering parents, young people, children and professionals through educational services.
Another passion of mine is sharing my career journey into leadership role and coaching those who aspire to move into management. Over the years, I have coached individuals to secure jobs, promotions, and career clarity.

Over the past 15 years I have followed my true calling and passion which revolves around working with diverse communities and people to deliver the positive economic and social impact we desire together.
I am also passionate about racial equity and supporting organisations that are serious about creating a culture that is truly inclusive. I have knowledge and experience of advising Executive teams around being an inclusive employer from my experience of Chairing a staff diversity network.
Now I am bringing my expertise and my passions to you.
In 2023, I decided to start my consultancy journey to enable me to be my authentic self and work with people, organisations and projects that aligns with my values, centred around making a real economic and social impact.
On a personal note, I am a mother of two beautiful girls (a very proud mama!). Together we love travelling, going swimming, going to the cinema, and trampolining. They bring out the youth in me. My hobbies include cooking, going for spa days with good massages, and organizing socials events.
